Jens Hofmann, responsible for Goldman Sachs’ Financing Group activities for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, in an interview to FAZ, said that Goldman Sachs is ready to have 700 employees in Frankfurt. Right now, Goldman Sachs has 300 employees in Frankfurt.
Hofmann says London is still more international than Frankfurt, but rents in Frankfurt are significantly cheaper. All the people that moved from London to Frankfurt are happy, he added.
